About the Event
Each week the group will do activities and programs in the youth room at MYCC and in the Community, that focus on different topics, that will enhance the youth to become the very best versions of themselves.
The group will explore topics like; building confidence, productivity, wellbeing and mental health, selfcare, exercise and nutrition, upskilling and life skilling, Goal setting and achieving, and much more. There will be guest speakers to learn from and connect with throughout the 2023.
